A Safehouse in the Hills Details
New Mansion Properties
As part of the update, 3 new mansion safehouses are available to purchase from Prix Luxury Real Estate. The properties are as follows:
Richman Villa
The Tongva Estate
The Vinewood Residence
These accomodations have a variety of unique features including:
- AI Assistant
- Fast travel from Mansion to any owned properties, throw parties, boost Business Production
- Master Control Terminal
- Remotely manage Businesses
- Trophy Cabinets
- Swimming Pool and Hot Tub
- Salon
- With a Barber and Tattoo Artist
- Yoga area
- With Gym Equipment to temporarily boost player stats
- Kennels
- 20-vehicle Garage
- Driveway to park a Personal Vehicle
- Complementary Mansion Volatus helicopter
- Other optional upgrades include:
- Indoor Car Podium
- Vehicle Workshop
- Armory
You’ll also have access to an optional Private Security detail that you can hire.
New Vehicles
Alongside this, a handful of new vehicles will also be available to purchase to display your wealth. These are:
- Pfister X-treme
- Ubermacht Sentinel XS4
- Grotti GT750
If you become a Prix Luxury Black Tier VIP before December 7, you’ll be able to claim a free Übermacht Revolter sports car wrapped in a Sessanta Nove Monogram livery from the Luxury Autos showroom.
By completing all 3 New Listings missions, you’ll enter the Gold Tier, receive a Black Rockstar Varsity Crewneck in-game, and you’ll earn a GTA$1,000,000 bonus alongside a GTA$2,000,000 discount on the upcoming properites.
New Missions
As part of the KnoWay Out Missions, you’ll assist Avi Schwartzman destroy a suspicious surveillance network ran by a self-driving vehicle start-up. These missions are available to all players. Not only this, but Michael De Santa and his wife Amanda from the GTA V story mode also returns as part of the story in this update. You’ll encounter him after you purchase your first mansion property.
On top of this, a new Mission Creator is being added that will allow you to design and publish your own Missions, using various mechanics, placeable actors, and entirely custom objectives.
Additional GTA+ Member Benefits
As part of the update, GTA+ Members will receive a week of early access to the Vapid FMJ MK V supercar. Members who own mansions will also gain specific perks, and will unlock a new option in The Vinewood Club App to Manage Staff Members remotely.
