Miranda Dini launches GOLD amid industry shifts

New consultancy aims to deliver personalised senior expertise in healthcare communications

Miranda Dini has announced the launch of GOLD Strategy & Communications, a global healthcare consultancy designed to provide a personalised, senior-led and agile alternative to the increasingly consolidated agency landscape.

The consultancy will operate across key functions, offering specialist services in R&D, clinical, medical affairs, corporate, brand and internal communications, as well as patient and stakeholder engagement.

Dini brings extensive experience to the new venture, having advised global, regional and local client teams at 17 of the top 20 pharmaceutical companies.

She has previously transformed multiple agencies into award-winning groups in Europe and the US, most recently serving as COO of Resonant Group, where she steered Bedrock to win Medical Affairs Agency of the Year at Communiqué earlier this year.

Reflecting on the timing of the launch, Dini said: “The healthcare industry is at an inflection point.
