Netflix just added Mr. Bean’s new Christmas comedy—and it’s perfect for the whole family

The holiday season is here, and honestly, there’s nothing better to do than curl up on the couch with some snacks and watch a good movie or show. It’s that time of year when all you want is a cozy escape from the usual hustle and bustle, and you deserve that quality time to spend with your family.

You know who has some of the best, light-hearted holiday content? Netflix. And guess what? The streaming giant just added the perfect festive treat for you and your loved ones to watch and enjoy. Perhaps you’ve heard of the iconic Mr. Bean. Well, the amazingly talented actor behind the beloved character, Rowan Atkinson, is back with a brand-new Christmas comedy that’s packed with all the hilarious antics, awkward mishaps, and heartwarming moments that the whole family will love.

The series is titled Man Vs Baby, and it’s one of the most popular shows streaming on Netflix right now. In fact, it’s currently holding tight to the No. 2 spot on Netflix’s top 10 TV shows list, and it’s unlikely to drop from it anytime soon.

Man Vs Baby serves as a follow-up to Man Vs Bee, but instead of battling an unruly bee, Atkinson’s hapless Trevor character is faced with an even trickier challenge. He finds himself tasked with taking care of a mischievous baby left in his care during the holiday season. That’s already a recipe for chaos, but when you add a luxurious penthouse, a ticking clock, and Trevor’s tendency to turn even the simplest tasks into disasters, you get a Christmas comedy full of laugh-out-loud moments.

What’s even better is that it’s an easy show to binge. There are four episodes in total, each under 40 minutes, making it perfect for a cozy evening or a weekend marathon. However, I’m sure you and your family will probably end up watching it all in one sitting. It’s just that funny that you’ll want to see it from start to finish without pausing.

Though no one should be surprised, given Atkinson’s unmatched talent for physical comedy and impeccable timing. Besides Atkinson, the Man Vs Baby cast is also made up of Alanah Bloor, Claudie Blakley, Susannah Fielding, Robert Bathurst, Ellie White, Angus Imrie, Sunetra Sarker, and Nina Sosanya.

Netflix has been releasing a lot of holiday content lately to get viewers into the festive spirit and prepare them for Christmas. I’m not saying that you shouldn’t check out all the classics and other new releases, but if you’re looking for something truly hilarious and lighthearted this season, Man Vs Baby is an absolute must-watch. I promise that you and your family won’t regret it!

Man Vs Baby is now streaming only on Netflix.
