MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – Memphis Grizzlies star Ja Morant treated fans to 250 pairs of tickets to Friday’s game against the Utah Jazz.
Tickets were given out Wednesday at FedExForum for fans looking to see 12’s return.
Morant is expected to make his return to the court for the game after missing nearly a month due to a calf strain.
“I was almost home in Pakrway Village, called my husband because I’m listening to John Lawson and he says tickets today. I said, ‘honey we’re going down to get some tickets,’” Grizzlies fan Vernita Flynn said. “And it was well worth it. The weather was beautiful, the people, the conversation. This is off the chain.”
For fans who missed out, the Grizzlies are offering tickets as low as $12 for that game.
