There’s a warning of heavy rain and flooding later when a yellow alert for rain takes effect in the west.
All of Connacht, Donegal, Clare, Cork, Kerry and Limerick will come under the warning from 6 o’clock this evening.
The alert will be in place until midnight on Sunday, while Tipperary, Waterford and Wexford will be under the same warning from midnight tonight until 3am Monday.
