Cowell addresses dramatic changes to face

Simon Cowell has finally addressed rumours about his dramatically changed appearance.

The music mogul has sparked numerous rumours that he’s gone under the knife in recent years, with some fans even going so far as to suggest he’s become unrecognisable.

However, Cowell has finally broken his silence to reveal the truth about his face.

“I used to have filler, but then one day I saw a picture of myself and thought, ‘Oh God, I look like a real weirdo’. So I had everything dissolved.”

The X Factor judge also denied using weight loss jabs like Mounjaro, instead crediting his noticeable weight loss to a strict diet and intermittent fasting.

“I cut out sugar, dairy, red meat, gluten… I basically eat the same things every day. Breakfast is a green, protein smoothie with some fruits, a lot of blueberries, porridge and tea, and lunch is half a hot cross bun.”

“I eat dinner at about 4.30pm and because I wake up at 9.30am/10am, I can go 17 hours without eating: Intermittent fasting,” Cowell added to The Sun.

Back in 2018, the former American Idol judge revealed he had undergone a $4,000 non-surgical facelift.

“It hurts like hell but it gets rid of sun damage and unplugs all the crap. For me now, it’s all about having clean skin. If you have clean skin, you look better.

“But you have to be very careful with some of this stuff,” he said at the time.

Meanwhile, it comes after Cowell responded to those who think he played a part in the untimely death of fomer One Direction star Liam Payne.

During a recent appearance on the Rolling Stone Music Now podcast, Cowell was asked how he felt about people blaming him for Payne’s passing, claiming he put too much pressure on One Direction and failed to help them navigate fame.

“I don’t read any of this stuff because if I did, you would just torture yourself. The idea that you are essentially responsible for somebody’s life, 10 years after you’ve signed someone? You can’t do that,” Cowell said.

“You ask yourself that question: ‘Could I have done anything more? What would’ve happened to Liam if he hadn’t been in the band?’”
