Rubin Colwill named Carabao Cup Player of Round Four

Cardiff City vice-captain Rubin Colwill has been named the Carabao Cup Player of the Round for round four following his starring role in the win over Wrexham.
Colwill inspired the Bluebirds to a 2-1 win away at the Racecourse to pick up the award.
Rubin is the second Colwill to claim the Player of the Round award this season after younger brother Joel won it in the last round for his display against Burnley.
The attacking midfielder is pleased to be able to have an award for himself now and believes the victory over Phil Parkinson’s side will stick with him for a long time.
“It’s nice to win the award,” Rubin began. “It was good to see Joel pick up the award in the last round but it’s good to be able to get one of my own!
“That night at the Racecourse is a memory that’s going to stick with me for the rest of my life. It was a special night and a special game, one that I really enjoyed.”
