Everything you need to know ahead of the Telstra AFLW Draft on Monday night
Key Information – Dates & Times
The 2025 Telstra AFLW Draft will take place on Monday, December 15th with clubs to descend on Marvel Stadium to secure the next generation of superstars.
Proceedings will commence at 7.00pm AEDT, with the action to be broadcast on Fox Footy and streamed through Kayo.
Geelong currently hold three selections and will be on the clock early, with their first pick currently sitting at #7.

AFLW Pre-Season Draft
- Clubs are permitted to keep up to two spots open at the end of the 2025 Telstra AFLW Draft to be used in the AFLW Pre-Season Draft.
- At the AFLW Pre-Season Draft, Clubs will be permitted to select and advise the AFL of their final Primary Listed player(s).
- Only Players who nominated for the 2025 Telstra AFLW Draft and were not selected by any Club in that AFLW Draft will be eligible to be selected in the AFLW Pre-Season Draft in 2025, subject to any other eligibility requirements to be advised in due course.
