The NBA action on Monday, Dec. 15 features a contest in TD Garden in Boston where the Boston Celtics are playing host to the Detroit Pistons in the third of four matchups between those squads this season.

This NBA game is scheduled to start at 7 p.m. EST and will be broadcast on NBC Sports Boston, Peacock and FanDuel Sports Network Detroit. The Celtics went on a five game-winning streak shortly after that most recent meeting with Detroit, but they are coming into this game coming off a 116-101 loss to the Milwaukee Bucks. Jaylen Brown scored 30 for his fourth straight game and seventh time in his last eight contests.

The Pistons have won three straight since their own loss to the Bucks, most recently running through the Atlanta Hawks, 142-115. Detroit had eight players score in double figures and every player scored at least 4 points, led by Isaiah Stewart off the bench with 17. Cade Cunningham had 15, as did Duncan Robinson, and Jalen Duran went for 14.
