The N.C. State men’s soccer team is one win away from a national championship after the Wolfpack defeated Saint Louis University 2-1 Friday night at First Horizon Stadium in Cary.
It is the first time in program history that the Wolfpack has reached the College Cup final.
NC State was tied with Saint Louis until midway through the second period when Donavan Phillip and Taig Healy knocked in two goals to give the Wolfpack a 2-0 lead.
The Wolfpack will take on the Washington Huskies Monday night with a national championship on the line. The game kicks off at 7 p.m.
