Raptors at Heat: Full injury report, streaming, odds for Dec. 15

The Heat return to action after last playing on Tuesday, falling 117-108 to the Orlando Magic on the road in the NBA Cup quarterfinals. They lost despite outscoring the Magic 60-52 in the paint and committing a season-low eight turnovers.

Norman Powell paced the Heat with 21 points and seven rebounds, Tyler Herro tallied 20 points and seven rebounds and Bam Adebayo added 19 points and eight rebounds. Herro has currently scored at least 20 points in a career-long 16-straight regular season games dating to last year.

The Raptors lost to the New York Knicks 117-101 on Tuesday in the NBA Cup quarterfinals, their fourth-straight defeat. They led 39-35 after the first 12 minutes but were outscored 34-13 in the second quarter, trailing for the remainder of the game.

Brandon Ingram led the Raptors with 31 points, six rebounds and six assists, Jamal Shead scored 18 points and eight assists and Scottie Barnes added 13 points. Ingram has recorded at least 30 points in consecutive games for the first time since Feb. 28-March 1, 2024.

The Raptors and Heat are meeting for the first of four matchups this season. Miami took the season series last year, 3-1, and has won 11 out of the previous 19 overall.
