Two hurt in crash on M25

Two men have been taken to hospital after a crash on the M25 this morning.

A truck and a car collided on the anticlockwise carriageway between Junction 3 at Swanley Interchange and Junction 2 for the Darenth Interchange.

Paramedics were called around 7.30am and treated both injured men, in their 40s and 50s, at the scene.

They were then taken to local hospitals for further treatment. No major injuries were reported.

Kent County Council Highways warned motorists to “approach with caution and expect delays”.

It later posted an update just before 9.30am confirming the queues had cleared.
