Four Red Wings games to be broadcast on over-the-air channels

Detroit ― No FanDuel Sports Network Detroit? No problem.
The Red Wings announced this week that four regular-season games will be simulcast on over-the-air channels, starting with Tuesday night’s game against the New York Islanders.
Other simulcasts include Jan. 27 (Los Angeles), March 4 (Vegas) and March 19 (Montreal).
The games will be broadcast by FanDuel Sports Network Detroit, the regional sports network that requires a subscription, through paid cable or streaming packages. The broadcasts will be picked up by over-the-air channels across the state, including Fox 2 in Metro Detroit.
The Red Wings are following the Tigers’ lead on this front, after the Tigers’ offered 10 over-the-air games in 2025. The Tigers, since 2007, had limited OTA offerings to just Opening Day.
Outside of Detroit, the four Red Wings games will be available in Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo and Battle Creek (WXSP); Flint, Saginaw, Midland and Bay City (WNEM); northern Michigan (Fox U.P.); and Lansing (WLMN2).
