Warriors vs. Suns injury report: Al Horford and Pat Spencer out

The Golden State Warriors are back in action tonight, after another handful of days off. Let’s hope it worked in their favor, as they are in dire need of a win tonight when they visit the Phoenix Suns to kick off a home-and-away baseball series.
Thankfully, the Dubs are fairly healthy now that Steph Curry has returned from his quad injury. Here’s the full injury report for Thursday night’s game.
Out — Al Horford (right sciatic nerve irritation)
This will be the fifth straight game that Horford has missed, and his 15th total this season. His absence isn’t a big issue right now, with how well Quinten Post is playing, but the Warriors certainly hope to get him fully healthy before the end of the season, when he’ll really be needed.
Out — Pat Spencer (personal reasons)
As was reported recently, the breakout fan favorite will miss this game due to personal reasons. His brother Cam, who plays for the Memphis Grizzlies, missed the team’s game last night for the same reason. Hopefully everything is okay with the Spencer family.
Out — Jalen Green (right hamstring strain)
Green, the second overall pick in the 2021 draft, was the biggest name to head to Phoenix in this summer’s Kevin Durant trade. So far he’s only played two games for his new team, as he’s dealt with poor health.
Questionable — Grayson Allen (right knee soreness)
Allen’s third season with the Suns — and his eighth NBA campaign — has gone very well, as he’s averaging career highs in points (16.3), assists (4.1), and steals (1.7). If he can’t play tonight, that’s a huge break for the Warriors.
Questionable — Isaiah Livers (right hip strain)
Livers has had a modest bench role in his first year with the Suns, and has missed seven consecutive games with a hip strain. It could be eight tonight.
Enjoy the game, Dub Nation! It tips off at 6:00 p.m. PT on NBC Sports Bay Area.
