“I felt like I’d just scored a century!” – John Williamson reflects on moving Bondi tribute

John Williamson’s ‘True Blue’ has been adopted as an Australian anthem.

 He’s performed it at funerals for John Laws and Steve Irwin, but before the Third Test at Adelaide Oval it took on a new meaning, as a tribute to those impacted by the Bondi Beach massacre.

Williamson said to Leigh Radford, “I was so relieved and so honoured that it did work”.
