Travel not recommended throughout southeast Saskatchewan

Ice and snow on Saskatchewan’s major roadways take a backseat to another hazard as a second Alberta Clipper hits the province. The Highway Hotline is reporting poor to near-zero visibility due to blowing snow on most major roadways in the Moose Jaw area, including all routes to and from Regina.

Those conditions extend out toward the Manitoba and U.S. border, with travel not recommended on nearly all routes southeast of Regina, including Highway 339 to Corinne, Highway 39 through Estevan to the U.S Border, as well as most of Highway’s 35, 33, and 48. Similar conditions exist on Highway 13 from Trossachs to Antler.
