Actors Minah Shin and Woobin Kim, one of the entertainment industry’s most prominent couples, have ended their ten-year public relationship and embarked on the path of marriage. Ahead of their wedding, the couple marked the day by making a meaningful charitable contribution.

According to their agency, AM Entertainment, on the 20th, Minah Shin and Woobin Kim donated a total of 300 million won to three organizations-Hallym Burn Foundation, Asan Medical Center in Seoul, and Good Friends-to mark the end of the year. Since 2009, Minah Shin has been actively supporting vulnerable groups, including providing medical assistance to burn patients, while Woobin Kim has consistently donated to support underprivileged youth and children with cancer since 2014.
The wedding ceremony will be held privately in the afternoon at the Shilla Hotel in Seoul, attended only by both families, relatives, and close friends. The ceremony will be hosted by actor Lee Kwangsoo, a close friend of Woobin Kim. Through their agency, the couple stated, “Based on the trust we have built over a long time, we have decided to become partners for life,” and asked fans for their warm blessings. Woobin Kim also posted a handwritten letter on his fan cafe, saying, “I am starting a family with my longtime partner. Please support us.”
Minah Shin debuted in the entertainment industry in 1998 as an exclusive model for the fashion magazine ‘Kiki’ and has since starred in numerous dramas and films, including ‘My Girlfriend is a Gumiho,’ ‘Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha,’ and ‘Our Blues.’ Woobin Kim began his career as a model in 2008 and transitioned to acting with the 2011 KBS drama special ‘White Christmas.’ He has been active in works such as ‘The Heirs,’ ‘Twenty,’ ‘Alienoid,’ and ‘Our Blues.’
The two first met in 2014 during a commercial shoot for a clothing brand and have been in a public relationship since 2015. In particular, it became widely known among fans that Minah Shin stood by Woobin Kim’s side and showed unwavering love and trust while he was battling nasopharyngeal cancer, which drew significant attention.
