That’s because the newest JetBlue plane is Boston-themed, with the airline dubbing it, “a new flying love letter to the city.”

About the new Boston-themed JetBlue plane
The new aircraft, an Airbus A320-232, is painted blue, with the word, “Boston” in huge letters on the side of the plane.
Within the letters, there are colorful depictions of Boston landmarks.
On the tail of the plane, there is a replication of a postal code where words, “Boston” and “Love” appear.
When will the new plane officially take off?
According to a release from JetBlue, a celebratory private ceremony is planned for Friday, Dec. 19, 2025 at Logan Airport in Boston to officially launch the new plane.

Jet Blue has about 130 daily flights out of Logan Airport.
