The son of England football legend Stuart Pearce has tragically died in a tractor accident at the age of 21.
Harley Pearce lost control of the farm vehicle on a country road near his family home in Wiltshire, report the Daily Mail.
Gloucestershire Police confirmed he died at the scene and said his parents have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers.
Harley was the youngest child Stuart had with his former wife, Liz. They also had a daughter, Chelsea, during their 20-year marriage which ended in 2013.
Harley ran his own company working on farms on the Wilshire and Gloucestershire border.
Emergency services were called at 2.30pm on Thursday to a report of a collision involving a tractor on the A417 Old Birdlip Hill in Witcombe.
The tractor may have suffered a tyre blow-out which caused it to veer off the road.
His father Stuart was a successful and popular defender who played for the likes of Nottingham Forest, West Ham, Manchester City and Newcastle United in the 1980s and 90s.
An England regular for over a decade, Pearce ended his career with 78 international caps, featuring at the 1990 World Cup and Euro 96.
After hanging up his boots in 2002, Pearce has had several managerial stints, most notably at Man City and at the London 2012 Olympics when he was in charge of Great Britain.

Pearce’s last managerial role came over a decade ago but he has since moved into punditry, working mainly for talkSPORT.
Earlier this year Pearce – who was nicknamed ‘Psycho’ during his career for his passion and unforgiving style of play – suffered a serious health scare during a plane flight.
The 62-year-old was travelling back to the UK from Las Vegas when he fell ill.

The flight was diverted to St. Johns, Canada, where it made an emergency landing and Pearce was treated in hospital.

‘On the flight I had chest pains and the crew on Virgin were brilliant, they took care of me fantastically and then said, “Look, we’re not going to take the chance travelling across the Atlantic, we’re going to drop you off”.

‘My heart rate was racing. From the time I was monitored on the aeroplane and for the few days in hospital, my resting heart rate was anything above 155 beats per minute.
‘I had a virus that attached itself to my heart that just needed clearing, rebooting and going through the process.
‘When I get home I obviously will have some medical checks and go and see my GP, but I feel terrific now.’
Pearce was ‘humbled’ by the support he received from the world of football, with Nottingham Forest and Manchester City fans paying tribute to their former player when they met on the weekend of his health scare.
‘The Forest game against Man City was very, very humbling, I saw that and the bits and pieces that come out from that,’ Pearce added.
‘Thank you for your two messages and everybody else that sent messages of support, it is very, very humbling.’
