Amazon.com Inc. had a tough Monday morning as its cloud-infrastructure business suffered outages that briefly took down several major apps and websites.
But shares of Amazon AMZN were up fractionally shortly after Monday’s open, suggesting that investors weren’t too bothered by the Amazon Web Services outage.
