Dianne Buswell forced to speak out again as she gets same Strictly reaction after ‘insane’ move
It comes after the professional dancer and her celebrity partner Stefan Dennis were missing from last weekend’s BBC show

Dianne Buswell has been forced to speak out again after her Strictly Come Dancing return this weekend sent fans wild.
The professional dancer and her celebrity partner Stefan Dennis were missing from last weekend’s show after the latter was struck by illness which forced him out of performing during the show’s Movie Week special.
But, as per the competition rules, Stefan and Dianne were given a bye through to week four of Strictly’s 2025 series and were seen back in the ballroom on Saturday (October 18) night.
As they returned to the dance floor, the pair were seen giving it their all during a Charleston to Dance Monkey by Tones And I, which many judges said was the pair’s best dance.
But Craig Revel Horwood said: “I think you need to find a little more musicality in your body, and by that I mean your torso, it’s a little bit stilted, you need to dance it more, this is a dance where you can be absolutely over the top.”
They scored 26 out of a possible 40 for their routine, their highest of the competition so far, and fans were floored by Dianne’s moves, especially as she’s the first known person to compete on the show while pregnant.
@buswellsdaisy simply said: “Dianne buswell what a woman.” @luceckibble commented: “Can we just talk about Dianne and that dance! Jesus Christ. I couldn’t even walk up a hill without feeling like I was going to die when I was pregnant! What a woman #Strictly #StrictlyComeDancing.”

But it came as Dianne was forced to speak out again following comments about her performing whilst expecting her first child, a baby boy with her YouTuber boyfriend Joe Sugg.
Responding to a video of her and Stefan’s latest performance, a fan said: “I mean just wow! The comment section is not the right vibe here! Shaming women for carrying on with their lives, but also shaming women who struggled during pregnancy!
“Pregnancy is unpredictable, you can dance amazingly like Diane, incredible well done! You also only just about manage to sit up on the sofa and eat some dry toast, also incredible well done! All from someone who had a relatively good pregnancy and was running til the 3rd trimester, and also had another pregnancy that landed me with a large blood clot in my lung at 8 weeks pregnant and felt like I was dying the entire time. It really can go either way! So just lift each other up, not keep tearing people down!”
Dianne was then quick to respond: “Exactly this we shouldn’t be commenting on other people’s pregnancy’s when every single woman’s body is so different.”
Joe, who competed on the show with Dianne in 2018, was also keen to show his support as he said: “YES! What a comeback [hand raising emoji]. Loved it [heart emoji].”
