Tracker

Tracker became one of the most popular series on CBS when it premiered early last year, which prompted a swift renewal for seasons 2 and 3. The season 3 premiere just released on October 19, 2025, and is now streaming on Paramount+. New episodes of Tracker season 3 will continue to be released on Sunday nights on CBS and Paramount+.

Tracker is led by leading man Justin Hartley, known for Smallville, This is Us, Revenge, and more classic network TV shows. Hartley plays Colter Shaw, a skilled survivalist who assists law enforcement as well as paying customers for reward money. If you love one-man army detective series like Reacher on Prime Video, then Tracker should be at the very top of your watchlist on Paramount+. Like Reacher, Tracker is also based on a celebrated novel series.

Longmire

Longmire has long been called one of the greatest Western series ever made, right up there with Deadwood and Godless. Unlike those series, however, Longmire is set in the present day (although it was released in 2012) and is more of a neo-Western like Yellowstone or Joe Pickett. The series earned an 88% Rotten Tomatoes score and an even better audience score of 92% across six seasons and 63 episodes.

The series also earned an impressive 8.3 IMDb score. The official logline reads: “Walt Longmire is the dedicated and unflappable sheriff of Absaroka County, Wyoming. Widowed only a year, he is a man in psychic repair but buries his pain behind his brave face, unassuming grin and dry wit.” Australian actor Robert Taylor plays the titular protagonist in what is considered to be his most prolific TV role.

Killing Eve

Killing Eve is an Emmy-winning psychological drama series that originally aired on AMC. Starring Sandrah Oh and Jodie Comer, the series was developed for television by Fleabag star Phoebe Waller-Bridge and features several episodes written by Emerald Fennell (Saltburn). It’s based on the Codename Villanelle novel written by Luke Jennings.

Oh plays Eve Polastri, an MI5 spy who is dissatisfied with her life and profession. She becomes obsessed with a psychopathic assassin known as Villanelle, played by Comer. The series has an 8.1 IMDB rating and consists of 32 episodes across four seasons (although the fourth season is rated poorly compared to the first three). That said, it still makes for some seriously entertaining binge-watching.

Dexter

Dexter is one of the greatest shows with a serial killer protagonist ever made. Dexter Morgan, played by Michael C. Hall, may just be the most likable TV serial killer of all time. He operates by a code that was instilled in him by his father, Harry, at a young age to channel his “Dark Passenger” of societal good. As a result, Dexter only kills other serial killers.

The first four seasons of Dexter have produced some of the most memorable scenes of 21st-century TV, especially in season 4. The latter half of the season is still good, if not great, but doesn’t quite stack up to the must-see TV of the initial seasons. Nearly 20 years after its premiere, Dexter still remains a very successful and modern franchise, with 2025’s Dexter: Resurrection often called one of the greatest Dexter seasons ever made.

Evil

Evil has a near-perfect 96% Rotten Tomatoes score overall and is widely considered one of the very best horror series on Paramount+. The series consists of 50 episodes and four seasons that ran from 2019 to 2024. The official logline reads: “A skeptical psychologist and scientist join a Catholic priest-in-training to investigate the church’s backlog of unexplained mysteries, miracles, and demonic possessions.”

Evil was created by Michelle and Robert King, best known for their Emmy-winning series The Good Wife and The Good Fight. Evil is one of those series that gets even better after its first season – its fourth and final season earned a perfect 100% Rotten Tomatoes score. If you’re looking for a great psychological thriller or supernatural horror to binge-watch on Paramount+ this week, it doesn’t get much better than Evil.
