The stars are often seen eating and drinking in the grand Scottish castle
She told The Times: “They’re very strict on alcohol.
“It’s not boozy at all. You’re allowed two drinks at night.”
Ruth also admitted that the isolation took its toll.
“You’re quite isolated,” she said.

“You don’t have a phone, you don’t have a TV, you’ve no idea what’s going on in the outside world, so it’s all you’re thinking about.”
The celebrities, who were all reportedly paid a flat fee of £40,000 for taking part, stayed in the same hotel near Ardross Castle, a 19th-century mansion around 25 miles north of Inverness, where the action is filmed.
But despite sharing a roof, they weren’t allowed to mingle.
Contestants couldn’t speak to one another or leave their rooms unless accompanied by a member of the production team.
And while the castle looks luxurious on screen, Ruth had a few choice words about the catering.
“Diabolical,” she said.
“It looks good, but those croissants could be used as weapons of mass destruction. They’re that hard.”
The actress confessed that her carefully planned strategy didn’t last long once filming began.
She admitted: “All my tactics went out the window the second I got in there.”
SPOILER ALERT
In last week’s episode actress Ruth was murdered by the three traitors –Jonathan Ross, Alan Carr and Cat Burns.
Ruth was one of the first to publicly call out Jonathan as a Traitor – and called him a backstabber at the round table.
She said on the show after her fate was sealed in a letter from the Traitors: “I knew this was coming.
“I was murdered definitely because I was a threat to the traitors. I was one of the few people in the group that had my own mind.”
Known for her honesty, the Netflix star also opened up about how being outspoken can be misunderstood
“Sometimes being a strong woman can be lonely, because you’re branded as aggressive and difficult,” she added to The Times.
“I don’t think I’m any of those things. I just speak my mind.”
She continued: “There was probably an unspoken hierarchy in there, and that placed certain people like myself at a disadvantage, because I haven’t been in the industry very long.”
