The first ever season of Celebrity Traitors is in full swing, and host Claudia Winkleman has been serving up some serious style inspiration. However, we’re yet to see one of her signature looks from the series; a tweed blazer.

Claudia has sported a variety of them in past seasons of The Traitors, including a £420 brown check blazer from The Kooples that she donned back in January this year, which has since sold out. While you can still nab a similar style from The Kooples for £322 (reduced from £460), we’ve found an almost identical – and much more wallet-friendly – option from Damart, with its Check Jacket priced at just £79.99.

This Damart jacket is crafted from a wool blend, perfect for keeping you snug and warm during the colder months, and it’s fully lined for that touch of luxury. It features mock horn buttons and fully functional flap pockets, giving it that classic countryside vibe.

The Check Jacket boasts a traditional double-breasted design with a slightly relaxed fit that’s tailored at the waist for a bit of subtle definition, creating a structured silhouette. It’s available in sizes 10 to 28, and currently, it’s still in stock in every size, so you can grab yours in time for the next episode of Celebrity Traitors.

Whilst Claudia’s renowned for her somewhat dramatic countryside gothic aesthetic, the Damart Check Jacket can be effortlessly styled even if you’re not tucked away in the Scottish Highlands. You could comfortably sport it with denim and some knee-high boots for a timeless appearance, or match it with chunky jumpers and leather trousers for a wearable tribute to Claudia’s aesthetic.

Nobody’s Child also stocks a Heritage Check Single Breasted Blazer for £149 that maintains the traditional appearance. It’s tailored to provide structure and form, featuring a single breasted closure and a contrasting velvet detail on the flap pockets.

For a somewhat different shape, House of Bruar’s Ladies Harris Tweed Denise Jacket proves ideal. It’s a little more expensive at £325, and boasts a longline knee-length cut with a stand-up collar. Alternatively, Marks and Spencer’s £75 Checked Collared Car Coat offers the tweed blazer a contemporary update, featuring a straight-cut, knee-length design and contrasting leather collar, reports the Mirror.

Nevertheless, the Damart Check Jacket has received acclaim from customers, who’ve awarded it a 4.8 out of 5 star rating. One commented: “Lovely blazer, well fitting great for the Autumn.”

Meanwhile another remarked: “I have been looking for this sort of jacket for some time and this one is reasonably priced. The fabric is comfortable to wear and it looks smart. I am very pleased.”

The sole criticism being: “Nice jacket but I had to return it. I ordered my usual size14 but it was too small”.
