Apple TV’s Sleeper Hit Sci-Fi Series Gets Game-Changing Season 3 Finale Sneak Peek [Exclusive]

The third season of Apple TV’s hit sci-fi series will conclude tomorrow, but the fun isn’t over yet. Collider is thrilled to partner with Apple to exclusively preview a new sneak peek at the Invasion Season 3 finale, which will begin streaming globally tomorrow. In the new clip, Mitsuki (Shioli Kutsuna) rips out her implant to fully connect to the alien’s hive mind to cause a distraction. Season 3 has been a wild ride thus far, and things are finally set to come to a head with one of the most anticipated episodes of the year for Apple TV.

Everything has led to this point for Invasion, which has carved out a space as one of Apple TV’s biggest sci-fi shows ever. It stands among the other sci-fi titans like Severance and Foundation. The first two seasons of Invasion unfolded through the eyes of several characters, but it wasn’t until Season 3 that they were all brought together to face the ultimate alien threat. Series creator and executive producer Simon Kinberg has expressed that he has plans for four seasons of Invasion, but it’s yet to score a Season 4 renewal. Considering the show has spent weeks atop the streaming charts, it would be surprising if this wasn’t announced in the coming weeks.

Apple TV, formerly titled Apple TV+ until a recent branding move, has recruited some impressive talent to star in Invasion. Alongside the aforementioned Kutsuna stars Shamier Anderson, who went toe to toe with Keanu Reeves in John Wick: Chapter 4. Jurassic Park veteran Sam Neill also featured in the first episode of Invasion, but he has not been seen in the show since. Golshifteh Farahani, India Brown, Azhy Robertson, and Billy Barratt can also be seen in Invasion as series regulars.

What Else Is Streaming on Apple TV Right Now?

The third season of Invasion may be coming to a close, but there’s plenty of content to dive into on Apple TV. Those looking for other shows to watch should look no further than the bingeable Slow Horses, the espionage thriller series starring Gary Oldman that has several seasons ready and waiting. Those more interested in something in the Western genre should check out The Last Frontier, which has a few episodes out now and more on the way. The series stars Jason Clarke and is already drawing comparisons to Yellowstone.
