Kim Kardashian has revealed that a routine MRI scan uncovered a small aneurysm in her brain, which she claims medics linked to the strain of her split from Kanye West.
The star, 45, broke the news during the season seven opener of The Kardashians whilst chatting with sister Kourtney Kardashian, 46. “They found a little aneurysm,” Kim revealed, before a clearly stunned Kourtney put her hand over her chest and responded: “Whoa.”
The programme featured Kim at a medical centre being wheeled into an MRI scanner as pictures of her brain were displayed on a screen. In a subsequent scene, the mum-of-four grew emotional during a phone call, asking: “Why the f**k is this happening?”.
Throughout the distressing footage, Kim also wondered about the pressure of her marriage and separation from rapper West, explaining that the upheaval of everything played a part in her frightening health concerns.

Tiny aneurysms that haven’t ruptured are typically observed through regular examinations rather than immediate surgical intervention.
Medical data reveals the frequency and dangers of brain aneurysms and the Brain Aneurysm Foundation states that approximately 6.8 million Americans, roughly one in 50, are living with an unruptured aneurysm. Approximately 30,000 individuals suffer a rupture each year, and worldwide, almost 500,000 deaths are connected to aneurysms annually, with half of the casualties under 50.

Kim has been candid about her past health battles over the years.
She has continuously struggled with autoimmune disorders, including psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis.
In 2022, she disclosed that a swift 16-pound weight reduction to squeeze into Marilyn Monroe’s dress at the Met Gala sparked a psoriasis outbreak that resulted in arthritis.

She also discussed enduring placenta accreta during the deliveries of daughter North and son Saint, a disorder where the placenta attaches too profoundly in the womb, creating danger of severe haemorrhaging
