Pratika Rawal equals world record, joint-fastest to 1000 runs in women’s ODIs

India opener Pratika Rawal became the joint-fastest player to 1000 ODI runs in the women’s game, getting past the milestone mark in 23 innings during the Women’s ODI World Cup 2025 encounter between India and New Zealand.
Australia’s Lindsay Reeler also got to the milestone in 23 innings.
Pratika is well ahead of India’s previous fastest — Deepti Sharma — who did so in 29 innings.
