Cometh the hour, Cometh Smriti Mandhana, as the left-hander continued her blazing form in 2025, smashing her tenth 50+ score in 2025, on October 23 (Thursday). The left-hander has now three consecutive fifty-plus scores in this edition of the Women’s World Cup – 80 against Australia, 88 against England, and a century against New Zealand.

Mandhana has been in stellar form this year, becoming the first-ever Women’s cricketer to amass 1000 runs in a calendar year. She didn’t stop there, increasing her run tally to 1229 runs, in a year where she now averages 75.12.
