Smriti Mandhana, Pratika Rawal record highest-ever opening partnership for India in Women’s ODI World Cup

Smriti Mandhana and Pratika Rawal recorded the highest-ever opening partnership for India in the history of Women’s ODI World Cup during their match against New Zealand on Thursday in Navi Mumbai.
The batters, earlier in the tournament, added 155 runs against Australia in Visakhapatnam.
Smriti and Pratika added 176 runs for the first wicket, breaking the record of 175 set by Thirush Kamini and Punam Raut during the match against West Indies in the 2013 edition at the Brabourne Stadium.
