Bayern Munich started this season with 12 straight wins, and they will now have two of their players back from injuries for the weekend’s game in Gladbach. Serge Gnabry and Josip Stanišić completed today’s final training session with the team without any issues.

Gnabry was unavailable in the big win against Dortmund and midweek’s Champions League victory over Club Brugge as they decided to take no risks of rushing him into action from an adductor injury. The German international had an electrifying start to the campaign with six direct goal involvements in as many league games.

Stanišić suffered an inner ligament injury in the first Champions League matchday against Chelsea. Both will be expected to be in the squad for tomorrow’s game against the Bundesliga’s bottom-placed team. Alphonso Davies and Jamal Musiala are also on the right track to return from long-term injuries.
