Salthill-Knocknacarra will be out for revenge, as they face the a familiar rival in Maigh Cuilinn. Maigh Cuilinn spoiled the party in 2022, narrowly winning 1-10 to 1-09.
Salthill-Knocknacarra haven’t lifted the Frank Fox Cup since 2012, when manager Fianin Hanley was playing. Now, Hanley is one game away from bringing the cup home once again.
It’s rare to not see the formidable Corofin in the final, only missing three finals in the last 17 years. They’ve beaten Maigh Cuilinn in the final back-to-back in the last two years.
