Jason Kelce had the most misguided take on the epic Dodgers-Blue Jays World Series

The Dodgers and Blue Jays gave baseball fans one of the more exciting World Series battles in recent memory. It had everything sports fans should want from a championship, but apparently Jason Kelce wasn’t too impressed.
On the latest edition of New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce, Jason seemed confused that the rundown called for a discussion about the World Series. And while Travis was more than happy to defend the objectively entertaining seven games of baseball, Jason went into a condescending rant about the Blue Jays and Dodgers.
It was odd to hear Jason paint the Blue Jays as less than for being a team from Canada, and he dismissed the Dodgers’ title due to the team’s spending.
I’m not sure where Jason was trying to go with that, but the Dodgers did not spend more than every other team like he claimed. The Mets had a higher payroll than the Dodgers last season, and the Phillies — Jason’s adopted team — had a higher payroll than the Blue Jays.
Plus, every team is capable of spending what the Dodgers did to build a roster. Fans should get upset at owners for not being willing to spend on championship-caliber rosters instead of criticizing the Dodgers.
He should call it for what it was: an amazing World Series.
