The Buffs have played two road games so far and lost both to Houston and TCU. However, after coming off a bye week and an upset win over Iowa State, Deion Sanders’ team has momentum as it looks to win back-to-back games for the first time.
Colorado will need to play a near-perfect game to upset the Utes, especially on defense, where they must contain dynamic dual-threat quarterback Devon Dampier, who is expected to play after being listed as questionable all week. A win would be huge for the Buffs’ hopes of becoming bowl eligible, with them needing three wins over their final five games to reach the 6-win threshold.
With the hours counting down until kickoff from Rice-Eccles Stadium in Salt Lake City, here is how to watch the Buffaloes and the Utes face off.\

Odds courtesy of FanDuel as of Oct. 24.
Utah 34, Colorado 20: Utah is simply the more balanced and consistent team. The Utes’ rushing attack against a leaky Colorado run defense is my biggest concern heading into the matchup, especially given the Buffs’ struggle to contain the quarterback run. I fear Utah’s defense will limit Colorado’s ability to generate big plays, and on the other side, Utah will hit a few.
