Real Madrid defenders Trent Alexander-Arnold, Dani Carvajal and Dean Huijsen have all returned to their matchday squad to face Barcelona on Sunday.
Alexander-Arnold has missed Madrid’s last seven matches after sustaining a hamstring injury against Marseille last month, while Carvajal and Huijsen have also been sidelined with muscular injuries.
Huijsen missed the wins over Getafe and Juventus over the past week after withdrawing from the Spain squad with a calf injury, while Carvajal has sat out Madrid’s recent matches with a similar issue alongside a suspension from the Champions League having been sent-off against Marseille.
Dani Ceballos, who has missed the last two matches with a muscular issue, is also available.

“Almost all the players who couldn’t play against Juventus (in the midweek Champions League win) are in the squad,” Xabi Alonso said on Saturday.
“You’ll see it tomorrow (the starting XI). I’m working on the premise that all the players in the squad can be starters. Then it depends on the mental, tactical, physical aspects. But they can all play.”
Madrid head coach Alonso will continue to be without defenders Antonio Rudiger and David Alaba.
Rudiger has been sidelined since September with a muscular injury to his left leg, while Alaba picked up a muscle problem which forced him off at half-time against Getafe.
La Liga leaders Madrid can open up a five-point lead over second-place Barca with a win.
