This weekend, the pinnacle of the Kilkenny adult hurling calendar throws-in at 2:30pm when last year’s finalists, O’Loughlin Gaels take on Shamrocks Ballyhale n in the St Canice’s Credit Union Senior Hurling County Final. In a much anticipated final, it promises to be a closely-contested affair.
The game will be live on ClubberTV and KCLR with updates on Community Radio Kilkenny City.
It will be preceded by the Kilkenny Duggan Steel U16B County Final between Mooncoin and Carrickshock at 12pm.
During the half time break, the James Stephens County, Leinster and All-Ireland Club Champions of 1975/76 will be honoured and Kilkenny GAA and Lyrath Estate Hotel look forward to welcoming them as their guests at the County Final.
