What’s The Latest on Patriots TE Hunter Henry?
As far as being injured is concerned, it does not appear that Henry is hampered by anything against the Browns. Before the game, though, Henry was the featured player on the Patriots game program.
With the Browns-Patriots game in the third quarter, Henry had not even been targeted by a pass at all from Patriots quarterback Drake Maye. But that all changed as Maye connected with Henry for a seven-yard touchdown catch. That put New England up 16-7 midway through the third quarter.

Henry is in his 10th NFL season and fifth with the Patriots. Hopefully, Maye will be able to get Henry more involved in the Patriots offense as the game rolls along in the second half.
Entering Sunday’s game, Henry had 24 catches for 310 yards and three touchdowns. That TD number can now get bumped up to four with plenty of time left in the Browns game.
For his career with the San Diego-Los Angeles Chargers and Patriots, Henry has 419 receptions for 4,837 career yards and 43 touchdowns. His longest career reception was a 59-yarder back in his rookie season with the Chargers in 2016.

In the PFSN TE Impact metrics, Henry has a 78.7 Impact Score and grades out to a C+. With Henry as an option for Maye in the Patriots offense, he could provide an extra spark for a team looking for it against Cleveland.
Still, the Patriots must keep their offense on the field against the Browns. Henry can play a big role in leading New England to a victory on its home turf in Foxboro, Mass. New England has a new head coach this season in Mike Vrabel, who leads the Patriots. He’s known for getting the most out of his players when needed.
In the second half, the Patriots sure could use a few key catches from Henry. New England fans will watch how it pans out against the Browns, who are still looking to get their footing toward a successful season.
#UPDATE: Henry scored a touchdown in the third quarter of the game.
