The Minnesota Timberwolves ruled Anthony Edwards out for the remainder of Sunday’s game against the Indiana Pacers.

Edwards is dealing with hamstring tightness in his right leg.

The injury happened early in the first quarter, and Bones Hyland replaced Edwards at the 8:52 mark. He had five points and one rebound on 2-of-5 shooting in three minutes.

Julius Randle has received more offensive opportunities in the first quarter, finishing the frame with 11 points on 5-of-7 shooting. Minnesota and Indiana are tied 28-28 at the end of the first quarter.
