Emergency services rushed to the Cavalieri Art Hotel in St Julian early on Friday morning, where they found the man’s body on the ground outside the building. A medical team was called to the scene on Triq Spinola, on the island’s eastern coast, but the Welshman was pronounced dead shortly after.
