Stunning Sky Sports F1 presenter and pundit Naomi Schiff has joyfully announced the birth of her first child.
The racing driver and TV star shared a series of heartwarming snaps with her newborn son on Instagram. The 31-year-old is part of Sky’s rotating team of Formula 1 pundits, but has been off the airwaves since the Dutch Grand Prix wrapped up at the end of August.
Schiff revealed in May that she was expecting her first baby with husband Alexandre Dedieu, after they tied the knot last September. And she had very special news to share on Instagram on Tuesday, October 28, reports the Mirror.
“Raphaël Schiff-Dedieu, born October 8th 2025,” Schiff posted on social media. “My little boy, in so little time you have completely changed my world. You’ve given me this role I always knew I wanted, but never knew I’d love this deeply.
“I can’t wait to watch you discover the world, to help you feel brave, to lift you when you fall, and to remind you every day just how deeply you’re loved. Thank you for making me your mum. I love you so much.”

Schiff, who has been part of Sky Sports F1’s broadcasting squad since 2022, received a flood of well-wishes from numerous colleagues and celebrities.
“Congratulations guys,” wrote 2009 F1 champion Jenson Button, while TV host Laura Winter added: “The biggest congratulations. So so happy for you, just beautiful! Hope you’re doing really well.”
Fellow Sky F1 pundit Natalie Pinkham gushed: “Absolute perfection, the world needs more posts like this, love you guys,” accompanied by a series of heart emojis. Ex-F1 TV favourite Will Buxton chimed in with: “So many congratulations x.”

Max Verstappen’s sister, Victoria Verstappen, joined the well-wishers with a congratulatory message, whilst Aston Martin car designer Adrian Newey’s wife, Amanda Newey, added: “Oh wow. Congratulations,” plus a few extra emojis for good measure.
Schiff has established herself as a familiar presence for Sky’s F1 viewers since becoming part of the broadcaster’s expert panel in 2022. She started racing single-seater vehicles at 16 in South Africa, where the Belgium-born motorsport personality was raised.
She took part in various racing championships around the globe, most prominently in 2019 when she participated in the inaugural season of the all-female W Series that propelled British driver and three-time champion Jamie Chadwick to stardom.

Schiff rejoined the series as a reserve driver two years on, though by then had already started pursuing a broadcasting career.
She swiftly established herself as an integral part of the squad after joining Sky, with many colleagues present last September when she married husband Dedieu.
It remains unclear how long Schiff intends to step back from her punditry duties as she adapts to her new family dynamics.
She’s not the only analyst currently on a break, with her co-worker Natalie Pinkham also taking a breather from the limelight following neck surgery.
