The World Series is even at 1-1 going into Game 3 on Monday, Oct. 27 when the series shifts to Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles and the Toronto Blue Jays visit the Los Angeles Dodgers.
The game is scheduled to start at 8 p.m. EDT and will be broadcast on FOX. Fans looking to watch this MLB game for free can do so using DirecTV, which offers a free trial. FuboTV offers up to $30 off your first month. Fans can also watch MLB games for free through MLB.TV, which offers a free trial and has different packages to choose from, including one that allows fans to listen to radio broadcasts with no blackout restrictions. Sling TV does not have a free trial but does offer other promotional offers to watch the game.
Game 2 was all about Dodgers starter Yoshinobu Yamamoto, who tossed his second straight complete game of the postseason in a 5-1 victory. Yamamoto allowed four hits and got eight strikeouts while Will Smith and Max Muncy both went deep and Freddie Freeman and Shohei Ohtani were both able to work their way around the bases to score a run.
The Blue Jays are now on the road for three straight with the hopes of either ripping off three straight wins, or at the very least, sending the series back to Toronto. They will give the ball to Max Scherzer on Monday, as he tries to replicate what he did in Game 4 of the ALCS when he went 5.2 innings of three-hit, 2-run ball with five strikeouts and four walks.
Los Angeles will send Tyler Glasnow to the mound as the squad looks to continue its streak of wins in all of Glasnow’s postseason appearances despite Glasnow not earning any of those decisions.
