According to the Downdetector.com, Starbucks outages hit 2,158 customer reports around 12:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 28.
Starbucks fall menu 2025
Starbucks stores themselves are still operating. Starbucks’ fall menu includes favorites such as the Pumpkin Spice Latte, Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai and Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte.
Newcomers to the menu include a new Pecan Oatmilk Cortado, as well as a new Italian Sausage Egg Bite on the food side. Returning food items include the Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin and the Raccoon Cake Pop. Learn more from The Courier Journal.
Starbucks adds protein lattes and beverages
Starbucks recently added protein lattes and beverages to the menu, according to USA TODAY. Options include:
- Iced Banana Cream Protein Matcha: A green tea latte with unsweetened matcha and classic syrup, topped with the new Banana Protein Cold Foam (24 grams of protein in a grande sized drink).
- Iced Vanilla Cream Protein Latte: A creamy iced latte topped with Vanilla Protein Cold Foam (26 grams of protein).
- Chocolate Cream Protein Cold Brew: A signature Cold Brew Coffee made with layers of Chocolate Protein Cold Foam and sweetened sweetened with vanilla syrup (19 grams of protein).
- Sugar-Free Vanilla Protein Matcha: Unsweetened matcha is combined with protein-boosted milk and sugar-free vanilla syrup in this matcha latte (28 to 36 grams of protein per hot or iced grande).
- Sugar-Free Vanilla Protein Latte: Espresso and sugar-free vanilla syrup along with protein-boosted milk (27 to 29 grams of protein).
- Protein Matcha: Made with unsweetened matcha with classic syrup and protein-boosted milk (28 to 36 grams of protein).
- Vanilla Protein Latte: Espresso, protein-boosted milk and sweet vanilla (27 to 29 grams of protein).
Starbucks workers go on strike
Kentucky is one of several states where demonstrations are taking place at Starbucks locations through Sunday, Nov. 2, according to our previous reporting. The company said it is willing to negotiate with the union, which demands more take-home pay, better hours and a resolution to ongoing legal issues.
