Team news: Dowman one of 10 changes for Brighton

Max Dowman and Andre Harriman-Annous make their first Arsenal starts as Mikel Arteta makes 10 changes for our Carabao Cup clash against Brighton & Hove Albion.
At 15 years and 302 days old, Max Dowman becomes the youngest player ever to start a match for us, with 17-year-old Andre, who joined our academy when he was eight years old, making his full debut.
Elsewhere, Mikel Merino captains the side for the first time from the outset. Kepa Arrizabalaga replaces David Raya in goal, having made his debut in this competition in the last round against Port Vale.
Ben White, Piero Hincapie, Cristhian Mosquera and Myles Lewis-Skelly make up our backline. Captain Merino starts alongside Christian Norgaard and Ethan Nwaneri, with Eberechi Eze joining Dowman and Harriman-Annous to complete the line-up for our 250th League Cup clash.
As for our visitors, Fabian Hurzeler makes six changes for the clash, with Jason Steele, Stefanos Tzimas, Charalampos Kostoulas, Olivier Boscagli, Diego Gomez and Diego Coppola coming in.
