Warriors at Bucks picks and predictions

Prediction

Bucks 116, Warriors 112

BET BUCKS (+118).

The Bucks have shooters all over the court after the offseason addition of C Myles Turner. That’s going to be difficult for a Warriors side, that plays C Quinten Post and C Al Horford a combined 36 minutes per game, to stop. Milwaukee also ranks 10th (6.1) in net rating, while the Warriors rank 11th (5.7). With 2 double-figure wins at home, Milwaukee should continue its torrid pace.

That said, the Warriors are 1-1 on the road with a 10-point win over the LA Lakers and a 20-point loss to the Portland Trail Blazers. Those don’t indicate a team dominant in away games. Considering those trends, take BUCKS (+112).

PASS.

Milwaukee is at home and should come out on top. It has better odds to win outright than as a slight underdog.

BET UNDER 232.5 (-110).

Neither team ranks in the top 10 in pace, and both teams rank in the top 15 in defensive rating. Both teams are also coming off their best defensive performance of the season with the Bucks allowing 111 points to the Knicks and the Warriors giving up just 79 to the Clippers.

To aid those notes, the Warriors rank 24th and the Bucks 29th in offensive rebounding rate, suggesting neither will get many second-chance efforts either. Put it all together and back UNDER 232.5 (-110).
