Dianne Buswell has been showing her support for Vito Coppola and Ellie Goldstein following her own withdrawal from Strictly Come Dancing.
The professional dancer has been supporting her friend and co-star from the beginning, despite competing in the competition herself alongside actor Stefan Dennis.
However, Stefan, famed for playing Paul Robinson in Australian soap, Neighbours, had to withdraw from the competition last month due to injury.
The sad exit came after Stefan was struck by illness, which forced him to miss week three of the dance show, before he and Dianne made a triumphant return to the ballroom during week four, performing a Charleston to Dance Monkey by Tones And I.
But while still in the competition and now not, Strictly fans have noted Dianne’s support for Vito, often sharing clips of her beaming, or looking emotional, following the Italian star’s performances with Ellie.
On Saturday night (November 1), the pair were among the 10 remaining couples in the BBC One dance show as it reached week six, which was also the popular programme’s annual Halloween special.
Ellie and Vito performed the tango to Lady Gaga’s Abracadabra in a magic-themed performance, which saw the model and actress pulling her dance partner, dressed as a bunny, out of a hat.
They were seen scoring a total of 27 points out of a possible 40 points from the judges, which left them at the dangerous end of the leaderboard.

Following the show, Dianne responded to a clip of Ellie and Vito’s performance on Instagram, simply commenting: “My team,” alongside a string of red heart emojis.
She also reshared a video to her Instagram Story in which she was seen looking on proud at Vito and Ellie as they emerged from the ballroom floor into the ‘Clauditorium’ to reflect on their performance and receive their scores.
The original post came with the caption: “Best hype girl for Cheeky Team!! Love these besties [face holding back tears and heart emojis] ,” before Dianne added: “I can’t get enough of Cheeky Team!”
