Harry’s tip: Fasol
Fasol has been frustrating, but he’s run well in a number of good handicaps and has been found a weak contest to get back to winning ways. His rider’s 7lb claim helps offset his penalty and he can put his race fitness to good use.

Pertemps Network Handicap Hurdle, 3m½f
Harry’s tip: The Lord Maid
The Lord Maid improved for tackling staying trips, most recently landing a 3m½f mares’ handicap hurdle in April. She goes well fresh and this mark doesn’t look beyond her.

Harry’s tip: Sayva
Sayva shaped promisingly on his chasing debut in a hot novice event at Kempton last time, travelling well and not being given a hard time when the winner had gone. He’s bred to be a chaser and is entitled to strip fitter than on his reappearance.

Virgin Bet Supports Safe Gambling Wentworth Stakes (Listed), 6f
Harry’s tip: Montassib
Montassib was only seventh in the Group 1 Champions Sprint last time, but the ground was likely quicker than ideal. He has form figures of 115 (close fifth in a Group 1) over 6f on soft ground, including a course-and-distance win, and can take advantage of this big drop in class.

BetMGM Paul & Richard Barber Memorial Mares’ Handicap Hurdle, 2m5½f
Harry’s tip: Laravie
Listed winner Jubilee Alpha warrants respect, but at the prices I’d rather side with Laravie, who won four in a row when fitted with a visor in the summer. She faced a stiff task in a Grade 2 last time, which she may have needed after a break anyway, and can bounce back returned to handicap company.

Introducing William Hill Half A Mill Handicap Chase, 2m
Harry’s tip: Javert Allen
Javert Allen won his first two chase starts before bettering that form with a narrow defeat to subsequent Red Rum handicap fifth Dr T J Eckleburg at Chepstow in February, a run that can be marked up given he set a fierce tempo. He looks well treated off just 2lb higher at a track that should play to his strengths.

Boodles Rising Stars Novices’ Chase (Grade 2), 2m4f
Harry’s tip: Cobra Queen
Blueking D’Oroux was underwhelming when beaten, despite getting 12lb from his lower-rated conqueror, on his chasing debut. I’m happy to take him on with Cobra Queen, who has comfortably won her last two starts. She’s progressive and could prove hard to beat in receipt of weight.

William Hill Grand Sefton Handicap Chase, 2m5f
Harry’s tip: White Rhino
The booking of Sean Bowen catches the eye on White Rhino, who looked a chaser to follow when comfortably winning his first two starts over fences last season. He bled when disappointing last time, so that’s best forgiven, and he can resume his progress back down in trip.

BetMGM Elite Hurdle (Grade 2), 1m7f
Harry’s tip: Rubaud
Rubaud has won this race for the last two years and warmed up for his hat-trick bid with a defeat of Champion Hurdle runner-up Burdett Road at Kempton last time. He’s rated at least 20lb higher than the rest of the field and should justify short odds.

Virgin Bet A Good Bet Irish EBF Gillies Fillies’ Stakes (Listed), 1m2f
Harry’s tip: Anna Swan
Anna Swan chased home a subsequent Group 2 winner before going down narrowly last time to Running Lion – form has been franked by the third (subsequent Listed winner) – in Listed races over this distance, to take her form figures on soft ground to 122. She should have more to offer in these conditions.

64th Badger Beers Handicap Chase, 3m1f
Harry’s tip: Soul Icon
Soul Icon reappeared with a close second in the Grade 2 Rising Stars Novices’ Chase on this card last season, before proving too good for Edwardstone in the Desert Orchid at Kempton. He’s effectively 4lb lower when factoring in his rider’s useful 5lb claim and there is hope in his pedigree he’ll see out this longer trip (dam is related to a 3m4½f winner).

3.45 Doncaster
Virgin Bet November Handicap, 1m4f
Harry’s tip: Hopewell Rock
Hopewell Rock has posted progressive Racing Post Ratings this season, most recently when going down by a short head on his first try at 1m4f. The form looks solid, given the well-held third won next time, and this lightly-raced sort could have plenty more to come, especially on this easier surface.

Harry’s tip: Kilnew Supreme
There is little form to go on, but Paul Nicholls has a 27 per cent strike-rate with bumper horses at Wincanton, so a chance is taken on Kilnew Supreme. He was bought for £110,000 after finishing second in an Irish point-to-point and is related to a bumper winner.
