A Kerry businessman says young workers should be in the office.
The managing director of Red Chair Recruitment in Killarney, Fred McDonogh, was responding comments made by Irish billionaire, Denis O’Brien.
Mr O’Brien has criticised remote working and claims the practice is making the public sector less efficiency and productive.
Mr McDonogh of Red Chair Recruitment says companies don’t offer new staff the option to work remotely, as they don’t have the skills to manage them remotely.
