Selling the OC is back for a fourth season—and there are some new agents in town. Following the departure of six agents last season, real estate newcomer Fiona Belle, ex-model Ashtyn Zerboni, and luxury rentals expert Kaylee Ricciardi all joined the show for the latest episodes.
Although new to the show, Kaylee didn’t hold back, saying in her opening scenes that she’s not interested in sitting around and “gossiping” with the others. “All the other petty stuff, I just don’t care about it. I, in my free time like to have fun and laugh and smile and hang with my friends, eat good food. I don’t want to sit around and gossip the whole time,” she said.

Who is Kaylee Ricciardi?
Kaylee Ricciardi is one of the newest agents at the Orange Country branch of The Oppenheim Group.
She is a Boston Native and comes to The O Group with years of knowledge. Kaylee says that she started out a Coachella doing luxury rentals, which led to her getting her license about five years ago.

How does Kaylee Ricciardi know Austin Victoria?
In the first episode of the new season, OC agent Austin Victoria revealed that he has a connection to Kaylee, as she dated one of his closest friends.
“I know Kaylee because she dated one of my best friends from L.A.,” he explained. “Unfortunately I think him and Kaylee had a bad breakup, but we stayed in touch and she’s worked hard, you know.”
He added, “She’s learned the business and she’s done really well compared to where she was a year ago when the joined The O Group.”
Is Kaylee Ricciardi in a relationship?
