Cynthia Erivo Wore Vivienne Westwood To The ‘Wicked: For Good’ Singapore Premiere

Despite the event coming to an abrupt and unfortunate end, Cynthia Erivo still delivered a moment worth celebrating at the Wicked: For Good Singapore premiere.

Wearing custom Vivienne Westwood, she stepped into full Elphaba glamour in a strapless black gown — floral embroidered and sculpted to her every contour — which felt like the perfect marriage between Cynthia’s fearless fashion instincts and Andreas Kronthaler’s more romantic gothic storytelling.

The corset was the anchor of it all. It carved out her shape with an intensity that is so quintessentially Westwood. The sheer inserts introduced a sense of softness — giving flashes of skin — while the sweeping, textural drapery added another layer of visual intrigue. This was one of those pieces that reveals more the longer you look at it.
This really was such a powerful moment.
Tiffany & Co. jewels added the right amount of sparkle without interrupting the narrative, while her beauty look — all sculptural lines and bold presence — tied the whole vision together.
A standout from this press tour.
