Who is US comedian Akaash Singh’s wife Jasleen Singh? Chaos erupts online as infamous podcaster Myron Gaines drags her in viral feud

Comedian Akaash Singh – co-host of the hit show Flagrant 2 – has long been known for his unfiltered humour. But now, it’s his wife, Jasleen Singh, who’s making headlines after her podcast stirred online controversy and reignited a feud with Fresh and Fit host Myron Gaines.
2015: A chance meeting that sparked a love story
Akaash and Jasleen’s story began in 2015, when her sister, a fan of his stand-up, convinced her to attend one of his shows. After the event, Akaash offered Jasleen his jacket on a chilly night – a small gesture that kicked off a real-life rom-com moment. The two hit it off instantly, beginning a relationship that would grow stronger over the years.
2021: Marriage and building a life together
After six years of dating, Akaash and Jasleen tied the knot in July 2021. By then, both had built impressive careers – Akaash in comedy and Jasleen in business and media.

Jasleen holds a degree in Finance and Business Analytics from Drexel University and later earned her Master’s in Business Journalism from NYU. Her résumé includes stints at Goldman Sachs and Deloitte Consulting, followed by a brief career in news reporting before she turned her attention to digital media and podcasting.
2023: Jasleen launches the main character podcast
Jasleen co-created The Main Character Podcast with Nehal Tenany, exploring topics around relationships, personal growth, and the modern female experience. The show quickly attracted a loyal following for its unfiltered honesty and candid humour.
However, one recent episode went viral for its explicit discussions about attraction, group intimacy, and college experiences, sparking mixed reactions online.

2025: Controversy erupts after Myron Gaines’ reaction
The controversy escalated when Myron Gaines, co-host of the Fresh and Fit podcast, publicly mocked Jasleen’s viral podcast clips. Gaines, who has a reputation for misogynistic remarks, commented under her video, writing, “I hate being right all the time.”
I’m never wrong about these women…
Stupid ass jeet @AkaashSingh tried to lecture me about women years ago with his equally retarded co-host @andrewschulz aka AnJew Schulztein…
Here’s this jeet’s stupid ass wife making a mockery of him and herself on a podcast.…

The jab wasn’t random – it reignited an old feud. Back in 2022, Gaines and his co-host Walter Weekes had appeared on Flagrant 2, where Akaash Singh and Andrew Schulz called them out for promoting sexist content and for admitting they “don’t date Black women.”
The tense exchange became one of Flagrant 2’s most viral moments, with Akaash labeling their takes “corny” and “childish.” Gaines has seemingly harbored resentment since – and Jasleen’s podcast gave him a new opportunity to retaliate.
Jasleen responded subtly but powerfully on TikTok and Instagram, addressing the wave of criticism without naming Gaines directly. She called out the hypocrisy of online commentators, saying, “Stop listening to cockroaches and parasites.”
She also defended her podcast style, explaining that her marriage with Akaash has always included humour and mutual teasing. “He makes jokes about me all the time on stage – no one has a problem with that. But when I make jokes, suddenly it’s an issue?”
The couple’s lighthearted back-and-forth has become a signature part of their public persona. Earlier this year, Jasleen jokingly scolded Akaash after he interviewed Donald Trump on his podcast, saying, “There goes our investment portfolio, you dck.”
