Eran Ganot Hosts Annual Coaches vs. Cancer Mixer to Benefit American Cancer Society

Head Coach Eran Ganot is set to host the annual Coaches vs. Cancer mixer on Saturday, November 15, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. This year’s event will take place at the Ed Wong Hospitality Suite within the Stan Sheriff Center. The mixer not only celebrates the OUTRIGGER Rainbow Classic, renowned as the longest-running preseason college basketball tournament in the country, but also aims to raise vital funds in the ongoing fight against cancer.
Attendees will have the chance to engage with coaches and fellow supporters while enjoying a selection of pupus and drinks. The evening promises an array of exciting prizes and activities designed to foster community spirit and support a critical cause.
Proceeds from the mixer will benefit the American Cancer Society’s T.C. Ching Hope Lodge, which serves as a 100 percent cost-free accommodation for cancer patients and their caregivers who are undergoing life-saving treatments on O’ahu. Under Ganot’s stewardship, Coaches vs. Cancer Hawai’i has successfully raised over $200,000 since 2017, directly supporting the Hope Lodge Hawai’i.
For those interested, both sponsorship and individual tickets are available, and these packages include tickets to the Rainbow Classic tournament.
